Muzika was born on January 21, 1921.
He was a graduate of the Lvov Art Academy in western Ukraine. He often painted the landscape and scenes of everyday life around western Ukraine.
He is listed in Matthew Bown's, A Dictionary of Twentieth Century Russian and Soviet Painters.
