Ekaterina Morgun was born in 1982 in Gorki, Russia (now Nizhni-Novgorod.)
She finished their studies at the Gorki Art College before she turned twenty. Since, as her success continues to build, she has taken part-time art classes in both Moscow and St. Petersburg. She has already enjoyed strong commercial success at home as well as in Europe and the United States. In 2005, her end of year examination painting received the highest possible grade—a national honor bestowed upon Russia’s very top student artists of the year.
